Job Description – Manager, Centre Performance
Role Purpose:
Responsible for driving operational and financial performance across all centres by
monitoring revenue targets, program performance, admissions conversion, and operational
discipline to ensure centres achieve AOP targets.
Reporting To: Head – Operations
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor centre revenue achievement against AOP targets.
2. Ensure optimal program revenue mix across offerings.
3. Track daily admissions and batch occupancy.
4. Monitor operational efficiency and admin KPI performance across centres.
5. Conduct monthly centre performance reviews.
6. Monitor operational expenses against budgets.
7.Track admission funnel metrics and support improvement in conversion.
8. Coordinate program launches with academic and marketing teams.
9. Prepare centre performance dashboards and reports.
KPIs
1. Centre Revenue Achievement ≥100%
2. EBITDA vs Plan ≥100%
3.AOP adherence ≥90%
4. Program revenue mix targets achieved
5. Expense ratio ≤95%
Experience
5–8 years in operations or business performance roles in multi-location businesses such as
education, retail, or EdTech.
