Data Analyst Lead - KPO

Role: Highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst Lead with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and a proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of data analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support.

Oversee the end-to-end data analysis process, from data extraction and cleaning to interpretation and reporting.

Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting frameworks.

Design, build, and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards using various tools.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Skill Set

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and leading a team of data analysts.

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data from various databases.

Proven experience in building and maintaining data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
