Role Overview

We are hiring Management Consultants with strong experience in manufacturing transformation and supply chain excellence.

The role involves on-ground implementation of improvement programs, working closely with CXOs and plant leadership teams to deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose process gaps across production, planning, procurement, logistics, and quality.
• Design and implement Lean, TPM, and supply chain optimization frameworks.
• Develop KPI dashboards, governance systems, and review mechanisms.
• Facilitate change management and capability building at all levels.
• Deliver measurable improvements in cost, lead time, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years & Maximum 6 years of experience in manufacturing transformation consulting
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent); MBA preferred.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or related improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across client locations (India & overseas).
