Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic HR interns to join our team remotely. This internship is designed for learning, observation, and hands-on exposure to HR processes, without direct responsibility for HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe HR workflows, policies, recruitment (posting, resume screening, interview scheduling) and onboarding (forms, documentation, induction sessions) processes.
• Attend virtual HR meetings and take notes.
• Explore HR tools, templates, and reporting formats.
• Research HR trends, engagement ideas, and summarize case studies/webinars.
• Prepare presentations, infographics, maintain a learning journal, participate in fun HR activities, and submit weekly updates to mentors.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting.
• Eager to learn and observe HR practices.
