Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess external partners aligned to BU-specific needs
- Conduct capability assessments and partner due diligence
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with knowledge and technology partners
- Serve as the primary liaison during project rollouts
- Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare periodic reports on partner performance and project outcomes
- Present insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership
- Master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong grasp of emerging technologies and innovation ecosystems
- Familiarity with skilling, and workforce planning frameworks
- Knowledge of India’s vocational education landscape
- Skilled in project tracking tools, MS Office, and dashboard reporting
- Understanding of MoU development, institutional processes, and compliance norms
