Role Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in our Barnala facility. The Maintenance Lead will oversee equipment and facility maintenance, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair machinery, and ensure operational efficiency of mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities will include scheduling and supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing equipment performance to minimize downtime. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance and the ability to plan and execute maintenance schedules effectively.
• Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or electrical issues.
• Comprehensive understanding of Maintenance systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in industrial environments.
• A degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in large-scale manufacturing or industrial setups is advantageous.
