Job Description
We are hiring for the role of Product Management Executive (PMT) from the Pharma/OTC Products Industry for Gurgaon location.
Industry: Pharma / OTC / Nutrition Products
Experience: 3 years–5 years (relevant experience mandatory)
CTC: Rs. 4.0–6.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning, identity, and recall across all consumer touchpoints.
- Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
2. Product Portfolio & Innovation (NPD)
- Lead new product development (NPD) driven by consumer insights, nutrition trends, and category gaps.
- Oversee product communication, claims, and packaging to ensure regulatory compliance and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams to manage product life cycles.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Drive digital growth across social media, e-commerce, marketplaces, and D2C platforms.
- Optimize performance marketing funnels, measure ROI, and improve conversion metrics.
- Leverage data analytics to guide campaign optimization and consumer targeting.
4. Trade & Channel Marketing
- Design and execute trade marketing strategies across:
- General Trade
- Modern Trade
- E-commerce
- Ensure impactful POSM, in-store branding, and retail activations.
- Work closely with distributors and channel partners to enhance market penetration and shelf visibility.
5. Revenue & Budget Management
- Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets with efficient resource allocation.
- Track performance against targets and take corrective actions where required.
- Support the sales team with category strategies, promotions, and market insights.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, and trade functions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop future leaders within the marketing function.
7. Partnerships & External Relations
- Manage and collaborate with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies.
- Build strategic partnerships with nutritionists, wellness experts, fitness communities, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand credibility.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of FMCG / OTC / Pharma / Nutrition marketing.
- Proven experience in brand building, digital growth, and market expansion.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in consumer research and performance tracking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative, strategic mindset with a strong focus on innovation and consumer experience.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Certifications in digital marketing, brand strategy, or growth marketing are an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in OTC / Pharma / Nutrition marketing.
- Minimum 3–5 years in consumer-facing OTC or nutrition-led brands (mandatory).
- Prior experience in leading multifunctional teams and scaling high-growth brands.
