Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Executive for our US Based Logistics Client to join their team in Chennai. This is a full-time role within the organization, suitable for dynamic individuals who want to have a career in Logistics Industry. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating supply chain activities, overseeing sales and to provide customer support.

Job Description

Attend customer inquiries from across globe, document the call inquiry and communicate to the right operations team across the globe.

Follow-up on existing inquiries on daily basis, work closely with the operations and shipping to ensure that the shipping transaction gets executed accordingly.

Must have strong documentation skills, communication skills and operational skills.

Should be open to learn logistics SOP on our global operations.

Preferred to have Logistics, Supply Chain, Cross Border Trade, Customs Regulations experiences.

Must have strong experience in using MS-Office tools, any TMS,WMS, CRM tools.
