Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by counseling prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right upskilling programs offered by Crio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through calls, chats, and virtual consultations
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable Crio programs
  • Drive enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth conversion journey
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, and operations teams to improve outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in B2C sales / EdTech sales is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with strong motivation and learning mindset are welcome
