Experience: 2–3 years
Location: Athani, Kochi / Kerala
Industry: FMCG / Healthcare
Key Responsibilites:
- Visit medical stores and supermarkets to promote and sell company products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and store purchase decision-makers
- Generate new leads and onboard new customers
- Ensure regular order collection and timely follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and product demand
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain basic sales reports and customer records
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of field sales experience (medical stores / supermarkets preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned areas
- Basic knowledge of billing, margins, and sales practices
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic reporting
- Minimum Plus Two (12th pass) in any stream
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an added advantage
- Education can be relaxed for candidates with relevant field sales experience
Preferred:
- Experience in FMCG / pharma / healthcare products
- Good local market knowledge
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
