Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an Intermediate (typically 4-6 years of relevant professional experience) AI, ML & LLM Engineer to support hands-on development and delivery across existing AI platforms and tools. This role requires strong technical execution, independent task ownership, and the ability to enhance and extend AI capabilities while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain AI/ML and LLM-based solutions
Work with foundation model APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure AI) and apply prompt engineering techniques
Support ML lifecycle: data preparation, experimentation, evaluation, and basic MLOps
Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications and data platforms
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform
Optimize AI workloads for performance and cost efficiency
Implement data security, access control, and responsible AI practices
Build AI-powered UI components (chat interfaces, forms, dashboards)
Develop reusable components using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Participate in sprint planning, testing, and code reviews
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or equivalent experience
4-6 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or AI/ML roles
Strong experience with Python and SQL
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP)
Working knowledge of cloud-native services (compute, storage, data services)
Experience integrating REST APIs and service-based architectures
Hands-on Terraform experience (deploying and modifying modules)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Familiarity with MLOps tools and pipelines (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, or Vertex Pipelines)
Experience with observability and monitoring for ML systems (metrics, logging, tracing)
Prior work building production-facing UI components with React/Next.js
Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks, model governance, and data privacy best practices

Soft Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset, including cross-functional work with product and data teams
Problem-solving orientation and ability to take ownership of deliverables
