Senior Project Manager: This is where you come in.

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead operations on a major project in Central Washington. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to team leadership and client relations. • Master Change Management - Review design drawings, estimate costs, and negotiate change orders to optimize project outcomes

• Control Costs & Financials - Monitor labor and material expenses, manage job cost tracking, prepare billings, oversee financial performance, and handle contracts, purchase orders, field questions, and project documentation

The Senior Project Manager reports to Ross Garvey, Lead Project Manager, and plays a key role on a collaborative team driving diverse projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This high-impact position provides broad exposure across all levels and functions of the organization.

• 6+ years of project management experience in mechanical or construction industries
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience

Benefits

Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 Annually
