We are looking for a Life and Pensions Delivery Manager for one of our esteemed clients in Pune / Napur / Mumbai / Kolkata / Bangalore having experience into US / UK Life and Pensions , Annuities , Retirement , Policy administration , People management .

Exp: - 10 + years

Location:Pune / Napur / Mumbai / Kolkata / Bangalore

CTC: Up to 15 LPA

Shifts : - Rotational (24 * 7 )

Job Description-

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Life & Pensions, Retirement, and Annuities operations.
• Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring SLA, KPI, quality, productivity, and compliance targets are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and cost optimization.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, including Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and SMEs.
• Own governance with clients through regular business reviews, performance reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within the insurance and retirement domain.
