Role Overview

We are looking for a Learning Experience Associate who can help create a meaningful, supportive, and engaging experience for learners across ATRISI programs.

"This is not a traditional counselling or sales role."

You will act as a bridge between learners, programs, and the ATRISI ecosystem — helping participants navigate their learning journey, stay engaged in cohorts, and grow within AI-native environments.

What You’ll Do

Learner & Cohort Support

• Guide students and participants through ATRISI programs
• Help learners understand program pathways and outcomes
• Support onboarding and cohort coordination
• Maintain participant engagement and communication

Community & Program Coordination

• Coordinate WhatsApp/Discord/community groups
• Follow up with interested participants
• Assist with session scheduling and updates
• Collect learner feedback and insights

Experience & Enablement

• Help create a positive learning environment
• Encourage participation during workshops and cohorts
• Support learners during projects and activities
• Identify highly motivated participants for advanced opportunities

Ecosystem Support

• Help communicate ATRISI’s vision and programs clearly
• Assist with outreach and participant interactions
• Contribute to the growth of AI-native learning communities

• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, etc.
• Experience handling online communities or events
• Interest in education, startups, or innovation ecosystems
