As a Sr. Program Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall learner journey and ensuring the seamless execution of our flagship programs. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of student experience, program operations, industry engagement, and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with students, faculty, industry mentors, corporate partners, and internal teams to create an exceptional learning experience that goes far beyond the classroom. From managing learner engagement initiatives and campus experiences to coordinating industry immersions and strengthening corporate relationships, you will be instrumental in delivering the high-quality outcomes that Digiaccel and Altera are known for.

Key Responsibilities

Learner Experience & Community Building

• Act as a key touchpoint for students throughout their learning journey, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience.
• Foster a vibrant and engaging campus culture by driving student participation in clubs, events, competitions, and community initiatives.
• Design and execute initiatives that enhance learner engagement, satisfaction, and overall program experience.
• Regularly gather student feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Build strong relationships with learners and create an environment that encourages collaboration, ownership, and professional growth.
• Monitor learner engagement and proactively address concerns to ensure a positive student experience.

Program Delivery & Operations Excellence

• Support the Program Director in executing academic and non-academic aspects of the program.
• Coordinate with faculty, industry mentors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of classes, workshops, projects, assessments and events.
• Manage program schedules, communications, logistics, and stakeholder coordination to ensure operational excellence.
• Track key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Continuously identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and program quality.
• Ensure every learner-facing interaction reflects the high standards of quality and professionalism associated with Digiaccel and Altera.

Industry Engagement & Corporate Partnerships

• Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders, hiring partners, mentors, and corporate stakeholders.
• Coordinate guest lectures, leadership talks, industry immersions, networking sessions, and experiential learning opportunities.
• Work closely with corporate partners to facilitate live projects, mentorship engagements, and industry collaborations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the institute's industry ecosystem and enhance learner exposure to real-world business challenges.
• Represent Digiaccel and Altera professionally while building long-term partnerships that create value for learners and industry stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Academic Operations, Admissions, Marketing, Career Services, and Leadership teams to deliver a world-class learner experience.
• Serve as a bridge between students, faculty, mentors, and corporate partners to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and timelines.
• Ensure prompt resolution of learner and stakeholder queries through proactive communication and coordination.

Student Outcomes & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute towards improving learner satisfaction, engagement, and program effectiveness.
• Track key learner experience metrics and provide insights to improve program delivery.
• Analyze feedback, engagement trends, and operational challenges to recommend actionable improvements.
• Support initiatives focused on strengthening learner outcomes, employability, and overall program impact.
• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and elevate the student experience.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Community Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, Education, Events, or other stakeholder-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable interacting with senior industry leaders, mentors, faculty, and students.
• Passion for education, learner success, and creating exceptional experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
