Primary Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and implement effective learning strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and levels.
  • Develop leadership development programs and functional skill-building modules.
  • Manage end-to-end training lifecycle – planning, execution, feedback, and ROI measurement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for training interventions.
  • Drive digital learning and e-learning initiatives.
  • Maintain training calendars, documentation, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements (e.g., POSH, EHS, etc.).
  • Mentor and guide in-house trainers and facilitators.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization.
