We are looking for an experienced Lead / Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Trichy. If you have strong hands-on experience with US IT staffing and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for US IT positions (W2, C2C, 1099)
Strong experience working with US clients and vendors
Sourcing candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screening, interviewing, and coordinating interviews with clients
Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining ATS data
Negotiating rates, offers, and closing candidates
Ensuring compliance with US hiring standards and timelines
