Lead US IT Recruiter - Trichy (Onsite)

Shift : US Shift (Night Shift)

Required Skills:

• Lead and manage a team of US IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for key and critical client requirements.
• Work closely with clients/account managers to understand hiring needs.
• Allocate requirements to the team and monitor daily performance.
• Ensure quality submissions and maintain SLA/TAT compliance.
• Mentor and guide team members on sourcing strategies and market trends.
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, and support complex closures.
• Drive team productivity, reporting, and recruitment metrics.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
• Expertise in sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, Development, ERP, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
