About River

River is a design company building multi-utility products.

Our flagship product River Indie, #SUVofScooters, is designed to help you get things done. Engineered to be a dependable ally on your road to success.

We’re a 1000+ team headquartered in Bengaluru – backed by marquee international investors, with mobility-focused funds linked to Yamaha Motors, Al-Futtaim Automotive Group, Toyota VC, Trucks Venture Capital, Mitsui & Co. Ltd, Marubeni Ventures Inc., Lowercarbon Capital, and Maniv Mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full user identity lifecycle in Google Workspace — provisioning, de-provisioning, group and organizational-unit management, and attribute synchronization
  • Architect and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations between Google Workspace and enterprise SaaS applications, with Google Workspace as the central identity provider
  • Enforce strong Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and context-aware / conditional access policies to secure organizational resources
  • Manage secure LDAP and authentication integrations required for application and network access
  • Administer, monitor, and secure the organizations AWS environment, including IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, and core networking and storage services
  • Own AWS identity and access management — users, roles, and least-privilege policies — and enforce account-level security baselines and guardrails
  • Monitor cloud security posture using native tooling (e.g., Security Hub, GuardDuty, CloudTrail) alongside integrated endpoint/cloud security, and drive findings to remediation
  • Track, report, and optimize cloud spend; right-size resources and eliminate waste
  • Implement and regularly validate backup, snapshot, and disaster-recovery processes for cloud workloads, aligned to defined RTO/RPO targets
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain the CrowdStrike Falcon agent across all corporate endpoints and cloud workloads
  • Monitor the Falcon console for detections; triage, investigate, and respond to threats — including isolating compromised hosts and executing remediation
  • Continuously tune prevention and detection policies to maximize security efficacy while preserving user productivity
  • Build and maintain incident-response runbooks, and lead endpoint security incidents through to resolution

Ideal Candidate

  • B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience
  • 5–7 years of proven success in systems, cloud, and network administration, including time in a senior or lead capacity
  • Hands-on scripting and automation experience (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and comfort working with platform APIs
  • Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between deep technical operations and non-technical stakeholder requirements
  • Hands-on Google Workspace expertise across identity, SSO, conditional access, security, and administration with Google Workspace Administrator (Professional) certification preferred.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of AWS with AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
  • CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator (CCFA), with practical detection and response experience
