Experience

5-8 years of overall IT experience with minimum3-5 yearsin ServiceNow development and integrations
Proven hands-on experience withServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server
Strong experience with at least3-4 enterprise system integrations(SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, AWS, etc.)
Experience withITSM module integrations(Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog)
Demonstrated expertise inscripting and automationwithin ServiceNow platform

Technical Skills

REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Scripted REST APIs
Integration Hub (Spokes, Actions, Flows)
MID Server installation, configuration, and management
Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources
Outbound REST/SOAP Messages
Event Management and Alert Management
OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Auth, API Key authentication
Connection Aliases and Credential Management
