We are seeking a talented individual to join our investments team at Mercer | a Marsh business. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

eThe ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, validation, and reconciliation of client data across Mercer’s CRM and EDM ecosystem. This role will focus on ensuring high-quality, consistent, and synchronized client data across EDM, CRM, CLM, VRM, and downstream data platforms. The individual will play a key role in supporting BAU operations, following defined SOPs, and helping to maintain data integrity and readiness for Investments business processes
.This person must have a strong attention to detail, a practical execution mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with onshore and internal teams to ensure client data is accurate, complete, and available when needed

- n.Monitor data changes and support the interim state between current and target operating model
- s.Investigate and resolve data mismatches, missing records, and exceptions in client data flow
- s.Coordinate with onshore and internal stakeholders to ensure client data issues are tracked and closed efficientl
- y.Perform regular data quality checks and ensure consistency across related system
- s.Support business users and investment teams by providing high-quality, reliable client dat
- a.Document recurring issues, operational steps, and controls to strengthen the BAU support mode

- ve:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fie
- ld.5+ years of experience in data operations, data support, data quality, or client data manageme
- nt.Good understanding of client data maintenance and the importance of data consistency across syste
- ms.Experience working with CRM, EDM, or other operational data platfor
- ms.Strong hands-on ability to perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resoluti
- on.Comfortable working from SOPs and following structured BAU process
- es.Strong Excel and data handling skil
- ls.Good communication skills with the ability to work across onshore and offshore tea
