Job Description

About the Role


We are looking for a top-tier Lead Python Developer with strong Computer Science fundamentals, deep Python expertise, and cloud experience to join a high-caliber global engineering team. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on coding ability, and the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.



Responsibilities


  • Technical Leadership
  • Work with ambiguous requirements and design scalable, robust solutions
  • Independently drive feature delivery and customer outcomes
  • Lead architectural decisions and guide team members
  • Hands-on Development
  • Build and optimize backend systems using Python
  • Develop and maintain microservices and APIs (REST/gRPC)
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery
  • Contribute across ReactJS, Python, Databases, Testing, and Cloud infrastructure
  • Collaboration
  • Work directly and exclusively with the Silicon Valley client’s CTO and engineering leadership
  • Participate in daily collaboration with global teams
  • Ensure high-quality communication, risk management, and delivery standards
