Lead Product Designer(B2C)

Role & Responsibilities

As a Lead/Manager-Product Design, you will be the primary architect of our design vision and strategy. You won't just implement solutions; you will define the standards for innovation, visuals, and experience across our entire product ecosystem. You will serve as a key bridge between executive leadership, product, and engineering to ensure our web and mobile applications are world-class. You are responsible for building a high-performing design culture that balances aesthetic excellence with measurable business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and evangelize the long-term UI/UX roadmap , ensuring design serves as a competitive advantage in the market.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and creative rigor.
• Oversee the creation and evolution of scalable, elegant design systems and UI patterns that ensure brand parity across all platforms.
• Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for visual identity, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a premium and cohesive user experience.
• Partner with C-suite stakeholders, Product, and Engineering leaders to align design initiatives with overarching business goals and technical feasibility.
• Clearly articulate complex design challenges to non-design stakeholders, influencing product direction through user-centric logic and data-driven insights.
• Implement and refine design workflows, from rapid prototyping to final hand-off, ensuring the team delivers high-quality outcomes at scale.
• Conduct regular design reviews and critiques to maintain a high bar of execution across all visual and motion design projects.
