The Lead will oversee the mortgage team along with the following responsibilities:

Review and evaluate home equity lines of credit decisions.
Confirm data accuracy and ensure all file components comply with investor guidelines and internal credit policies.
Verify customer credit application.
Calculate loan details manually, including income and asset verification.
Review appraisal reports assessing collateral value and condition.
Prepare and issue commitment letters outlining conditions and requirements
Review title searches

Qualifications

Experience managing and analyzing data from multiple sources
Strong customer service and communication skills
4+ years Mortgage Experience
Proficiency utilizing HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now) and Excel for reporting and analytics
University (Degree) Preferred
