Performance Marketing & Growth Manager Luxury Jewelry (South India)


Industry: Luxury Jewelry / Family Jewelers


Location: South India (Hybrid / On-site preferred)


About the Role


We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth professional who deeply understands the luxury jewelry market in South India, especially family-run jewellers. This role goes beyond running ads — we need someone who can interpret data, spot cultural and buying trends, and translate insights into high-performing marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and store walk-ins.


Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms

•Drive high-quality leads for luxury and bridal jewelry segments

• Continuously improve ROAS, CPL, and lead quality through data-driven decisions


Strategy & Insights


• Analyze campaign data, audience behavior, and market trends

• Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies

• Understand regional buying patterns, festivals, wedding seasons, and cultural nuances in South India


SEO & Website Growth


• Manage end-to-end SEO strategy

• Conduct keyword research and incorporate keywords into website content

• Improve website ranking through on-page SEO, backlinking, and technical optimizations


Content & Blogs


• Identify relevant, high-intent blog topics aligned with jewelry trends and consumer search behavior

• Ensure SEO-friendly and luxury-aligned content


Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare monthly performance marketing reports

• Share clear insights on performance and opportunities

• Recommend optimizations based on data and trends


What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of luxury jewelry and South Indian family jewelers

• Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation

• Hands-on SEO and analytics knowledge • Ability to convert data into strategy

• Experience with premium or luxury brands is a plus


Added Value Skills


• Store walk-in and lead tracking experience

• CRM knowledge (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

• Luxury brand storytelling understanding

• Regional language marketing exposure

• WhatsApp and Instagram DM funnel experience\
