This role combines hands-on engineering responsibilities with project coordination, technical mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has experience designing enclosures and electromechanical systems for electronic products and is ready to grow into broader engineering leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Support management of the mechanical engineering team, including task assignments, technical guidance, and project coordination.
  • Mentor junior engineers and designers in mechanical design best practices and engineering processes.
  • Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and schedule tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between mechanical engineering and cross-functional teams including electrical, firmware, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and employee development activities.

Mechanical Design & Product Development
