Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong focus on PLEX ERP systems to support and optimize business processes across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and enhancing ERP systems, with the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions

Job Descriptio

• nAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for PLEX ERP-related initiatives
• .Analyze, document, and improve business processes across manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, and finance
• .Lead requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation of PLEX ERP system enhancements
• .Configure and support PLEX ERP modules, including production, inventory, purchasing, quality, shop floor control and human resources
• .Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational decision-making
• .Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with internal teams or external vendors
• .Support PLEX ERP upgrades, integrations, and data migrations
• .Train end-users and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation
• .Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and adherence to internal controls
• .Special projects and assignments as needed

Required Skills & Qualificatio

• nsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related fiel
• d.3–7+ years of PLEX experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environmen
• t.Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, quality systems
• ).Experience with reporting tools, or data analysis platform
