Role Description The Lead Interior Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing interior environments for Titan’s retail stores, offices, and brand experience spaces, ensuring they reflect the company’s identity and enhance customer and employee experiences. Responsibilities include developing concept designs, creating detailed drawings, planning space layouts, and coordinating interior fit-out activities with cross-functional teams and external vendors. The role will involve managing design projects from concept to completion, reviewing materials and finishes, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and optimizing functionality, aesthetics, and cost. The Lead Interior Architect will collaborate closely with brand, retail operations, and facilities teams to deliver consistent design standards across locations and drive continuous improvement in interior architecture practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, attractive, and brand-aligned environments.
  • Candidates should possess solid Architecture and Interior Architecture skills to develop comprehensive design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Interior Fit-out to manage materials, finishes, contractors, and on-site execution of design plans.
  • Proficiency with design and visualization tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software) and familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading interior design or architecture projects, preferably in retail, commercial, or mixed-use environments.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
