Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing interior projects from concept to completion. This role includes leading space planning and design development, coordinating construction drawings, and managing furniture selection and installation aligned with project requirements and budgets. The Interior Design Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, designers, architects, and vendors to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and design intent are consistently met. Daily tasks involve site visits, progress reviews, resolving design and execution challenges, tracking project documentation, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Candidates should possess proven Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and vendor management.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors and site teams.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Furniture selection, customization, and integration with tech-enabled and modern interior solutions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with experience managing turnkey interior projects.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and strong attention to detail in documentation and execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, local building codes, and current interior design trends; experience in tech furniture or smart interiors is an advantage.
