- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies aligning with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in all workplace practices.
- Manage employee grievances and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Engage with unions and employee representatives to maintain positive workplace relations.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
- Support management in policy changes and organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams on industrial relations best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for all industrial relations matters in the Gurugram location.
A Successful Lead Industrial Relations Should Have
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in industrial relations within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements in India.
- Experience working in a structured, large organization with a focus on employee relations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage workplace dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
