Job Description

Job Summary –

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to support our software development teams in delivering high-quality products using Agile methodologies. . The Scrum Master will work closely with QA, development, and product teams to ensure smooth sprint execution, Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Must have:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives
• Guide and coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and values
• Remove obstacles or impediments that impact the team’s progress
• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams
• Track and report project progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
• Promote self-organization and accountability within the team
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Help teams adopt Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.)
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional team
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Technical background or prior development experience (desired but not mandatory)
