Our VA solutions support a wide range of business functions, including administrative support, customer service, sales assistance, lead generation, CRM management, bookkeeping, financial operations, data entry, scheduling, and executive assistance.

We're now hiring a Lead Generation Executive to drive awareness of these services through targeted outreach, generate qualified leads, and help expand our growing client base across global markets.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Run outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach campaigns to engage prospects
• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce VA services, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings
• Identify and qualify leads for VA services
• Keep CRM updated with accurate lead information
• Pass warm leads to the Sales team for follow-up and closure
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach
• Track performance and optimize campaigns for better results

💼 What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, telemarketing, or inside sales
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken
• Confidence and professionalism in making outbound calls and engaging prospects
• Comfortable working during US time zones
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and persistence
• Driven by performance and eager to learn and grow in a sales-focused environment
