Role Description: The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Janakpuri, West Delhi.


In this position, the team member will identify and qualify new leads through online research, outbound communication, and engagement across multiple channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand target audiences, maintaining and updating lead databases, and nurturing prospects through calls, emails, and messaging platforms. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation campaigns, tracking lead performance, and preparing regular reports on lead quality and conversion potential. The Lead Generation Executive will contribute to continuous improvement of lead generation processes and support initiatives that drive predictable growth for clients.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads.
  • Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-oriented skills to qualify leads and support conversion efforts.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and lead tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, B2B lead generation, or inside sales is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.


Compensation: 20,000 Rs per month, plus sales-based incentives.
