Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad for a Sales and Lead Generation Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business leads, building a strong pipeline of prospective clients. The Executive will engage with potential customers via calls, emails, present KGC Logistics’ services, and support the sales cycle from initial contact to follow-up. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, coordinating with operations and management teams to align proposals with service capabilities, and preparing basic sales reports and updates. The role also requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine lead-generation strategies, participating in client visits, and contributing to customer relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Leads and Lead Generation to proactively identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industries, competitors, and customer segments.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with prospects, present solutions, and build relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to support prospect conversion, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, logistics, supply chain, or related industries is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic office productivity tools.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
