Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Lead Generation and Marketing Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, maintaining lead databases, and coordinating follow-ups to support the sales pipeline. The Executive conducts market research to understand industry trends, target segments, and competitor activities, and uses these insights to refine outreach and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media, presenting services clearly, and collaborating with the sales and digital marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals. The role also includes tracking metrics, preparing periodic reports, and suggesting improvements to lead generation strategies.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in generating New Leads and managing Lead Generation activities.
  • Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging prospects and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including basic negotiation, presentation, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Candidates should be familiar with digital marketing channels, comfort using CRM or lead management tools, ability to work with data and reports, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Preferred background: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B marketing.
