Job Description
The Lead - Finance, Grants & Compliance will oversee finance, accounting, grant management, statutory compliance, audit, governance, and financial planning to ensure sustainable and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Government Grant Management
Manage all government grants including AIM, MeitY, Startup India, MSME, BIRAC,
DST and other funding agencies.
Maintain grant-wise accounting and project budgeting.
Prepare Utilization Certificates, Statements of Expenditure and financial reports.
Startup Fund Management
Manage Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS).
Track startup-wise fund utilization.
Monitor milestone-based disbursements.
Maintain investment records.
PFMS Operations.
Operate and maintain PFMS.
Process EAT modules.
Manage CNA, PFA & TSA transactions.
Ensure timely reconciliation.
CSR Finance
Manage CSR grants.
Prepare utilization reports.
Coordinate with CSR partners.
Maintain donor-wise fund accounting.
Audit & Governance
Handle Statutory Audit.
Internal Audit.
Government Audit.
CSR Audit.
CAG/Departmental Audit whenever applicable.
Financial Planning
Annual Budget Preparation.
Cash Flow Planning.
Project Budgeting.
Cost Optimisation.
Financial Risk Analysis.
Incubator Operations Support.
Vendor Management.
Procurement Compliance.
Board Finance Reports.
Investment Committee Support.
Financial MIS.
Banking
Bank reconciliations.
Corpus Fund Management.
Payment Gateway Reconciliation.
Compensation
