Job Description

Job Title - Lead ESG

Candidate Specification – Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

Location – Delhi

7–10 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in ESG/Sustainability Reporting roles.
Hands-on experience in preparing and managing reports under BRSR, GRI, SASB, and TCFD frameworks.
Demonstrated ownership or significant contribution to annual sustainability reports and ESG disclosures.
Experience handling ESG rating submissions, assessments, or stakeholder engagement with S&P Global, Sustainalytics, MSCI, Refinitiv, and/or CRISIL ESG Ratings.
Strong exposure to sustainability strategy development, ESG governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Experience in benchmarking ESG performance, tracking material KPIs, and driving sustainability improvement programs.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders including HR, EHS, Finance, CSR, IT, Operations, Investor Relations, and senior leadership.
Experience in sustainability data collection, analysis, dashboard creation, KPI monitoring, and internal/external reporting.
Exposure to ESG audits, assurance processes, materiality assessments, and risk management frameworks.
Preferred educational background: B.Tech, MBA, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or related disciplines, with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
