Role Description The ESG Reporting Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The specialist will collect, validate, and analyze ESG-related data across environmental, social, and governance domains, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Responsibilities include preparing ESG disclosures and sustainability reports aligned with global standards and client requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information, and supporting implementation of IENERGY NETZERO® workflows. The role involves monitoring regulatory and reporting frameworks, maintaining documentation for audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of ESG metrics, methodologies, and data quality. The specialist will also support stakeholders with ESG performance insights and assist in preparing internal dashboards and presentations.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret ESG data, identify trends, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent Communication skills for preparing clear ESG reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Foundational knowledge in Finance and Accounting to understand financial implications of ESG performance and link non-financial metrics with financial reporting.
• Experience or familiarity with Financial Reporting, particularly in integrating ESG information into corporate disclosures and sustainability reports.
• Understanding of ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB) and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data visualization platforms; experience with ESG or EHS software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
