Portal Development workplace
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture functional and technical requirements.
- Design & Architecture: Develop site structure, navigation, and user interface aligned with corporate branding.
- Modules to be Implemented:
- Property Information Management
- Facility Operations
- Integration: Connect with existing systems
- Security & Permissions: Role-based access control for administrators, managers, and staff.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Administrator Training:
- Managing site structure and permissions.
- Adding/removing modules and lists.
- Content Editor Training:
- Editing pages, lists, and libraries.
- Uploading and managing documents.
- End-User Training:
- Navigating the portal.
- Submitting requests and accessing information.
- Training Materials:
- User manuals and quick reference guides.
- FAQs and troubleshooting documentation.
