Job Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Lead the strategy, roadmapping and execution of enterprise digital platforms including Logistics, Procurement, Vendor Management and store-operations platforms (e.g. RFID)
  • Translate business goals into product vision, feature definitions and measurable outcomes
  • Build scalable, user?centric solutions that strengthen business continuity and long?term value creation

Delivery Excellence & Execution

  • Drive full lifecycle ownership of high?impact digital projects.
  • Deliver products with speed and precision – setting benchmarks by executing large-scale deployments significantly faster than industry norms
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders through structured planning and agile execution

Cross?Functional Leadership

  • Lead alignment across Business, IT, Operations, Finance, partners and technology vendors
  • Champion seamless system and process integration across diverse functional teams
  • Ensure smooth rollouts nationwide, supporting users through change management, training and adoption programs

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze operational, financial and user data to optimize platform performance and improve business SLAs
  • Implement digital tools that increase transparency, reduce manual errors and enhance process reliability

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Benchmark industry best practices and leverage insights to improve system design, user experience and process efficiency
  • Proactively identify opportunities to scale digital adoption across the organization
