Job Title: Lead Associate - Marketplace

Experience: 4.0-6.0 years

Introduction

As a Lead Associate in the Marketplace domain, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the operations of the marketplace platform. Your experience and skills will be crucial in driving efficiency, growth, and success within the marketplace domain. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless functionality and deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders involved.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate marketplace initiatives, including vendor management, product assortment planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales on the marketplace platform.
  • Analyze marketplace performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and IT, to drive innovation and enhance the marketplace user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, regulations, and industry standards to maintain a trusted and secure marketplace environment.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth and development within the marketplace team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and strategic recommendations for marketplace growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and implement performance improvement plans to optimize team productivity and achieve business objectives.
