Job Description

Role Overview*

  • Drive end-to-end growth initiatives across multiple NxtWave products.
  • Understand user behavior and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Tech, Sales, and other teams.
  • Design growth experiments, run A/B tests, and scale successful solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a small team (1–2 members) to execute initiatives effect



Key Responsibilitie

  • sIdentify growth opportunities across the customer journey using data and user insights
  • .Build hypotheses, design experiments, and run structured A/B tests
  • .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives
  • .Own key metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue
  • .Prepare clear problem statements, evaluate root causes, and propose creative solutions
  • .Track performance, prepare reports/dashboards, and present insights to leadership
  • .Manage multiple workstreams with strong prioritization and timely execution
  • .Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality output
  • .Customer-first mindset

Requiremen

  • ts4–7 years of experience in growth, product, marketing, strategy, or related role
  • s.Hands-on experience running A/B tests and scaling successful experiment
  • s.Strong analytical skills; proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and dashboard
  • s.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitie
  • s.Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneousl
  • y.Prior experience in edtech, consumer tech, or high-growth startups is a plu
