Website and Marketing Support Activities:

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website & Marketing Support Team to support us. This role will support us with our website and marketing, with a blend of creative, technical, and administrative tasks. The ideal team should have strong digital skills, an eye for design, and the ability to translate marketing concepts into effective online content.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design, Development & Maintenance

· Assist with website design, layout updates, and front-end development.

· Update website content, graphics, banners, and landing pages.

· Ensure web pages follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best UX practices.

· Collaborate with others to implement new website features and functionality.

· Conduct routine site audits to check for broken links, outdated content, or performance issues.

Web Content Creation:

· Write, optimize, and publish website content including blog posts, product pages, and customer resources.

· Implement SEO best practices for improved visibility and search ranking.

· Format and upload digital assets (photos, PDFs, videos, graphics).

Social Media Content Creation & Management:

· Create engaging social media posts, graphics, and short-form videos.

· Schedule and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance analytics.

· Assist in developing content calendars and campaign concepts.

Marketing Support & Coordination:

· Assist with digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and newsletters.

· Support the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

· Maintain organized marketing files, brand assets, and content libraries.

Qualifications

· Experience in marketing support, digital marketing, or similar role.

· Web design/development skills.

· Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.

· Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

· Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools is a plus.
