Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:
Identify current and future skill gaps and create a roadmap to bridge them.
Training Programs Design and Delivery:
Design, deliver, and manage innovative training programs for individual contributors and teams across all functions.
Collaborate with department heads, team leads and HR Partners to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Evaluate internal experts and external training vendors and manage partnerships to deliver specialized training solutions.
Effectiveness Measurement:
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Regularly assess ROI and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
Conduct post-training evaluations to gather participant feedback and implement improvements.
Technology and Tools:
Leverage e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in L&D to implement innovative solutions.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Strong experience in designing and implementing training programs tailored to IT professionals.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Data-driven mindset for evaluating training effectiveness.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with emerging L&D trends like gamification, AI in learning, or microlearning techniques.
