Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Identify current and future skill gaps and create a roadmap to bridge them.
  • Training Programs Design and Delivery:
  • Design, deliver, and manage innovative training programs for individual contributors and teams across all functions.
  • Collaborate with department heads, team leads and HR Partners to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Evaluate internal experts and external training vendors and manage partnerships to deliver specialized training solutions.
  • Effectiveness Measurement:
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Regularly assess ROI and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations to gather participant feedback and implement improvements.
  • Technology and Tools:
  • Leverage e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in L&D to implement innovative solutions.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing training programs tailored to IT professionals.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Data-driven mindset for evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with emerging L&D trends like gamification, AI in learning, or microlearning techniques.
