Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and informative content for our Seller Learning Management System (LMS), including training materials, tutorials, and resources.
Create multimedia content such as videos, presentations, infographics, and interactive modules to support seller education and enablement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure content aligns with business objectives and targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content creation and e-commerce to continuously enhance content quality and relevance.

Equirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in content creation and development, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, or similar software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Bachelor's degree
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Excel
