We are looking for passionate and skilled Dermatologists to join our growing clinical team in Gurugram and Noida. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (0-5 years of experience) who are committed to delivering high-quality dermatological care while building expertise across both clinical and aesthetic domains. You will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, while also contributing to a patient-centric and results-driven clinic environment.

As a Dermatologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring a high standard of care for every patient. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective outcomes and maintain the clinic's reputation for excellence in dermatology and aesthetic services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage various dermatological conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, pigmentation disorders, and hair-related concerns
• Perform a range of aesthetic and cosmetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables (e.g., fillers, botulinum toxin), and skin rejuvenation therapies
• Evaluate patient concerns thoroughly and recommend evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Educate and counsel patients on skin care routines, preventive measures, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment history and progress tracking
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with clinic staff and management to achieve operational and patient satisfaction goals
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology, aesthetic procedures, and skincare technologies
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MD in Dermatology (preferred) or MBBS with relevant dermatology experience
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India
• Strong clinical knowledge in general dermatology with exposure to aesthetic dermatology practices
• Hands-on experience or keen interest in cosmetic dermatology procedures such as lasers, peels, and injectables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
• Patient-focused approach with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced clinical environment
