We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful IT projects and delivering them on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in IT delivery management.

Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.

Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience in End-to-End project delivery.

Strong understanding of SOW, writing SOW.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello).

Insurance domain knowledge is preferred.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in a client-facing role or within a consulting environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects across multiple domains or clients.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.

Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid), and governance standards.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team performance.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and delivery teams.

Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment of expectations and delivery outcomes.
