Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Language Trainer, based in Vadodara. The Language Trainer will be responsible for conducting language training sessions, customizing lesson plans, assessing language proficiency, and providing personalized guidance to students. The role involves delivering engaging instructional sessions and fostering a positive learning environment to help students achieve their language proficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in language instruction and curriculum design
• Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to assess student proficiency levels and provide constructive feedback
• Competency in customizing training modules based on individual learning needs
• Patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in teaching or language training is an advantage
