This is a full-time on-site role for Kitchen Staff with a specialization in Arabic cuisine. The role is based in Kochi. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting Arabic meals, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards, ensuring proper food handling, and collaborating with the kitchen team to meet restaurant standards. Providing excellent customer service and clear communication with team members is also expected.

• Experience and skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, especially in Arabic cuisine
• Strong understanding and adherence to Hygiene and food safety standards
• Proficiency in Communication to effectively collaborate with team members and follow instructions
• Customer Service skills, including attention to guest satisfaction and ability to address inquiries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Flexible and adaptable with a team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in Arabic cuisine and culinary knowledge is preferred
