Job Description

Develop and implement category strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless category operations.
Manage supplier relationships to optimise product offerings and pricing.
Monitor category performance and recommend improvements for profitability.
Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and minimise wastage.
Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans for the category.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Kids Category Manager should have:

A strong background in category management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Educational qualifications relevant to business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven expertise in analysing market trends and consumer behaviour.
Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
Strong skills in inventory management and category performance analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
